| Repository Name: |
California State University, Dominquez Hills. University Archives and Special Collections. [Repository Details] |
| Repository Location: |
Carson, California, United States |
| Description: |
The project initially began as an attempt to document the relationship between political activism among southern California Latinos in the 1960s and 1970s and the surge in attendance in CSU schools by Latinos. The hypothesis was advanced that one of the outcomes of an era of aggressive political activism by Latinos was increased enfranchisement within American society including increased college enrollment.
