Since the first interviews in 1980, the Center has achieved recognition and acclaim for the largest, self-produced, standardized collection of Holocaust testimony in the country.
To date, the Center's volunteer interviewers have conducted almost 2,000 interviews. Licensed copies of these oral histories are currently housed at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum as well as at the Center. These testimonies will also be made available to 7,000 colleges and universities throughout the United States. |
