Description: This collection contains transcriptions of interviews with approximately 42 individuals conducted primarily in 1987 and 1988 in preparation for a radio program sponsored by the Vermont Historical Society entitled "Green Mountain Chronicles." The original tapes of these programs are not in this repository; in 1989 the original tapes for the interviews were owned by the producers of the program, Mark Greenberg and Mary Kasamatsu at Woodsmoke Productions, Inc., in Montpelier, Vermont. The collection of transcriptions is housed in two archival flip-top boxes and consume .83 linear feet of shelf space.
