Judy Jordan born on October 1, 1942 in the north section of Philadelphia called Kensington, a blue collar neighborhood. “It is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city of Philadelphia. It was a row house community and it was mostly of factory workers and some office workers.”
Judy’s parents both quit school in the 11th grade. Her mother worked until she became pregnant with her first born, and then returned around ten years later. Her father was a supervisor of delivery for a Philadelphia department store. He lost the job after 25 years because the company was sold. He went from job to job for about 5 years. Until he started working in 7Eleven stores as a retail clerk.
Judy Jordan presently a submissions specialist for a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia. A life long resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Judy’s forty years work experience includes being a financial secretary, a housewife and a submissions specialist.
