Description: Although Phil is only twenty-four years old, he is an important part of the working community in southern Jersey. He represents the large college working class. He is the average student whom is about to step into the "real" job market. This interview contains material related to his relatively small job experience and what growing up in southern Jersey was like. He focuses on how family has impacted his life and how they have guided him to the point he is at now. He also talks about his hopes and dreams for the future, and how he plans to obtain these goals.
