Interview conducted in November, 1994, with Clearese Cook. Ms. Cook grew up in the Irene Chapel Community of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She attended De Priest Consolidated School in the Palmers Crossing Community of Hattiesburg and graduated in 1941. She attended Mississippi Industrial College in Holly Springs, Mississippi.
