(USAF) Joseph Donald, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 until 1970. In Southeast Asia, he served as a C-130 mechanic at Udorn RTAB with the 37th Air Rescue and Recovery Squadron (ARRS) in 1966 and 1967, at Tuy Hoa with the 39th AARS in 1967, at Cam Ranh Bay with the 438th Military Airlift Wing in 1968, at CCK AB, Taiwan, with the 314th Tactical Air Command in 1968 and 1969, and at Udorn RTAB with the 7th Airborne Command Center.
