Description: (USA) David Hause served with the US Army in Vietnam from 1970 to 1971. He served as a door gunner, crew chief, and aircraft mechanic with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Brigade, 101st Airborne Division. During Operation Lam Son 719, his unit kept Highway 9 open to Khe Sanh and took over the DMZ base camps (outposts A-1, etc...) His area of operations included the South China Sea to Laos and from the Perfume River in Hue to the DMZ. OH0176 - part of the David Hause Collection
