(USA) Sergeant McBane served in Vietnam from August 1969 to August 1970 in the 22nd Infantry, 4th Infantry Division (Company D, F Battalion) in An Khe. He discusses getting drafted, his contact with Vietnam Veterans Against the War and basic training. Sergeant McBane then examines Vietnam and its people, the drug problem and race relations.
