Mr. William F. Stallworth was born August 12, 1954, in Monroeville, Alabama to Reverend F.C. and Stella Stallworth. His early childhood was spent in Pensacola, Florida, where he attended segregated schools. When his family moved to Jackson, Mississippi, in the 1960s, he attended Lanier High School. And again, when his family moved to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, he attended Rowan High School and S.H. Blair High School. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education at Jackson State University.
