Description: Larry Hines, 52, is a graduate of the U.S. Border Patrol Academy, 1978 with 24 years of service with INS. He has also received degrees and certificates from the Advanced Supervision Course, INS Leadership Development, 1997; and the Executive Potential Program, USDA Graduate School, 2001. He was Section Chief, CID, U.S. INS 1999-2002 until retirement after. He has received INS, National Defense, and Vietnam service medals. In Iraq he was working for the Department of Justice, International Criminal Investigators Training Assistance Program, Baghdad, May-September, 2003.
